im working on concepting a world war two revision of the marvel universe.
something based on the red skull going back in time to alter the outcome of world war two.
The Russian born Otto Octavius is hired by the red skull to conduct heinous experiments on his prisoners, in which results in some of the most abominable and ferocious super villains the world has ever known.
Otto Octavius, while working in a below freezing enviroment, employing his specially designed hazmat suit with bio organic limbs, the laboratory was bathed in gamma rays from a nearby experiment gone arwy. The spinal harness was fused into his body, and his brain forever integrated with the mechanical horror he used to torture and mutate his subjects.
Now, four times as horrifying as before, octavius, now known as THE KRAKKEN - brings a new breed of science, and terror to his experiments.
more to come! i had alot of fun with this, although it didnt turn out how i planned - it definitely was good practice and a step up for me. I'd like to be able to post the collaboration between myself and bret nugent (mugetsu) for the udon crew STREET FIGHTER contest, but i dont think i can until the book is published, or our submission is rejected
if you read all this, thanks - and take care! please bare in mind this is NOT a pro nazi image, just a recreation of a time in history involving thematic elements.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
